Orders and Shipping
For shipping within Norway the average delivery time is 3-5 working days. For all other countries the delivery time is on average 14 working days.
Unless the product is not shipped you can login to your account and change the shipping address on your order. If your order is shipped you can not change the shipping address.
When your shipment is confirmed you will received a tracking number. For regular shipments in Norway there is not given any tracking number unless this is selected during checkout.
We will not keep it but our credit card processor can if you select this option during checkout.
We only charge sales tax for Norway. All other countries are ex VAT/MVA aka Sales Tax.
We ship to all countries except Russian Federation. We offer EMS, TNT, DHL and FedEx shipping to all other regions.
For all Norwegian customer we offer brev-post for smaller items and Norgespakke med sporing.
All orders in Norway are including VAT/MVA and tax.
Shipments outside of Norway are ex.VAT and you may get extra cost during import to your destination. This is according to the country you live in.

If you dont like our product you are welcome to return it a receive a refund. We offer 30 days free returns. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

You must change this on the order or contact customer support. If order is shipped you must pay the extra cost for re-shipping your product.

You can pre-order all items marked as pre-order items. Delivery time is marked on the actual product.
